Program Manager IV — Reasearch Innovation and Education

This role will support Dr. Boutros, Research Director, CCFL DDI, as she establishes her research portfolio and programmatic focus across the Cleveland Clinic Florida (CCFL) market. You will work exclusively in DDI, specifically with Research Director in colorectal section.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Manage, develop, implement, and maintain operational systems and activities.

Act as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.

Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.

Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

Assist with the budgetary process.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.

6 years of related experience.
-
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research, and business plan development.

Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Master's degree/may substitute 1 year of experience.

Experience in health care setting.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $40.48
Maximum hourly: $61.74
