- Market-Competitive Compensation – we consider several factors for making salary increases, such as market competitiveness and caregiver performance.
- Retirement Programs with Employer Contributions – offers a competitive retirement savings program that includes your ability to save for retirement on a pre-tax and post-tax basis through payroll deductions, as well as contributions from Cleveland Clinic.
- Short- & Long-Term Disability – short-term disability is available after one continuous year of regular full-time service; long-term disability begins after 90 days.

And if you’re a nurse who’s looking to join our team (but you don’t live nearby), we’ll make it easier to relocate, too.
- Tuition Reimbursement – available after 90 days of employment to all benefits-eligible, full- and part-time employees pursuing associate, bachelor’s and graduate degrees.
- Loan Repayment – full-time nurses get up to $15,750 maximum; part-time nurses get up to $7,500 maximum.
- Relocation Assistance – registered nurses will be reimbursed up to $10,000 for moving more than 1,000 miles to an Ohio or Florida facility. *For qualifying positions only.

Whether you are about to adopt a child or are experiencing unexpected hardship, Cleveland Clinic is here to provide aid. This financial assistance can help ease the transition of adding a new member to your family or getting you through a rough patch.
- Adoption Assistance – provides full- and part-time caregivers with financial reimbursement for a legal adoption of up to $5,000 for a single child (up to $10,000 during your employment).
- Caregiver Hardship Program – provides aid for caregivers experiencing unexpected financial hardships such as evictions, utility shutoffs, funeral expenses and is kept strictly confidential.
